La Terrorist Organization Reference Guide  è un prontuario operativo edito dal Dipartimento della Sicurezza Interna degli Stati Uniti d'America, in collaborazione con la Dogana e Polizia di Frontiera degli Stati Uniti e con la United States Border Patrol (Agenzia governativa federale in tema di immigrazione interna ed estera). Redige una sinossi e una lista delle principali caratteristiche dei singoli e dei gruppi, armati e no, qualificati come organizzazioni terroristiche internazionali.
